We are an independent cross-border e-commerce seller offering personalized products. Our products are produced only after an order is placed and are fulfilled by us and logistics partners. We are not the manufacturer of blank garments, accessories, or base materials unless expressly stated.

All personalized products are made to order. This means:

Production begins only after your order and payment are confirmed.

Production and processing times may vary depending on the product, destination, and supplier capacity.

Product colors, print placement, sizing, texture, and appearance may vary slightly from mockups, previews, or screen images.

Mockups and product images are for illustration purposes only and may not be an exact representation of the final product.

Because products are custom-made, cancellations may not be possible once production has begun.

We do not hold inventory and cannot guarantee permanent availability of any design, size, color, or product.

3. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including designs, artwork, text, graphics, logos, images, product mockups, photographs, videos, and software, is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, transmit, sell, or otherwise use any content without our prior written permission.

4. User Content and Designs
If you submit designs, images, text, or other content to us, you represent and warrant that you own or have all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to use and reproduce that content. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, print, and fulfill your order using such content.

You must not submit content that is unlawful, infringing, hateful, obscene, defamatory, misleading, or harmful. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order that violates these requirements.

5. Orders, Payment, and Cancellation
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for lawful reasons, including suspected fraud, intellectual property infringement, pricing errors, or production limitations.

Because Personalized products are custom-made, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as incorrect size selection, color preference, buyer’s remorse, or change of mind.
